In response to Christ's Great Commission to "go into the world and make disciples of all nations," the Missionary Society of The Episcopal Church of the
Good Shepherd will encourage, promote, support, and send members of the Parish who have been called as missionaries to share by word and example the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those who know Him not.

The Missionary Society "Feed My Sheep" cookbooks are available for sale.
You can pick them up at the church office. The cookbooks are $25 each and all proceeds benefit the Missionary Society.

Missions Prayer
Dear Lord, watch over those who leave us and journey forth into foreign lands under your care. May your spirit guide them in all they say and do. May it be present as they develop friendships in love. May they always remember that your Son is near them wherever they travel, for he is in all whom they encounter. Remind them to laugh and to cry, to smile and to weep, but most of all to be human and break bread with those who they meet along the way. And when their time has come to an end, send them safely, swiftly, and peaceably home to us again. Amen.
